Shipping
Extypelegacy aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact Customer Service atcustomer@extypelegacy.com.my.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Cash On Delivery (COD)
COD is an exclusive service we provide to our customers for certain postal codes within Klang Valley, Putrajaya, Penang, Johor, Melaka, Perak, Terengganu, Kelantan, Kedah, Sabah and Sarawak. We deliver through our logistics partners Ta-q-bin or GDEX. Current delivery times are Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00.

Please note that you need to pay the Cash On Delivery amount before opening your parcel and trying on your items. This is for security and anonymity purposes. If you don't like the products or the size doesn't fit for you, you can always return the items afterwards.

After payment, please fill in the Bank Transfer slip details as requested by going to http://www.extyelegacy.com.my/banktransfer in order to complete your transaction. You will find the necessary details on the Bank Transfer slip from the ATM/CDM machine or online confirmation screen after payment.
After placing your order, you have 24 hours to make payment and upload your Bank Transfer slip details to avoid your order being cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within thirty (30) days of receipt. The Product shall be un-used, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our Site.
- All items must be received by Extypelegacy in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.
- We provide a pre-paid return shipping service to ensure the best possible online shopping experience for you. Please refer to the pre-paid shipping label in the parcel sent to you. If you are unable to find the pre-paid shipping label, please call our Customer Service Team at 03-20356622.
- You may process returns through your nearest post office. We do not honour any walk-in returns.
- Your returned Products together with your return slip, are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within five (5) days after the drop-off at the post office counters. We will refund you via store credit which you may utilize for your next purchase.
